We change it up a lot with the vegetables and protein sources and have used information technology to make "fried" rice varieties too.

Gluten Free Beef & Broccoli

  • 1 lb. grass fed beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  1. Slice the beef into strips and set aside.

  2. Turn your wok temperature up to eight and heat the oil in your wok (large stovetop skillet volition piece of work too on medium-high).
